This Analogy is so important ~one thing I would add is that Wendy's parents here are described as wonderful people, that knew how to parent!! That is for many many many children not the case. And I too feel like the friends of mine that build a rather solid prosper life for themselves have something in common: They have parents who either did a really good job at parenting or who acknowledged the fact that they need outside help, and got the kids the help they needed in a timely manner. Tinker Bell is an anima figure. Most of the disney films have anima and animus figures. Beauty and the Beast is the most obvious one. He kidnapped kids and when they grew up (because they actually never stop growing up) Peter would kill them. Hook is supposed to be a kid who escaped getting killed.
